No real cop presence at the boat ramp The boat ramp is a part of the larger Forsythe launch and walking trails. There is a small restroom on the parking lot, and while it does have a GH, sometimes the city will try to cover it. Not a lot of recreational traffic on most days but it is a public area, so be discreet.
