As a Free member you can:

If you have already used your 1 reply per day, and you want to respond to another Free member, try contacting their profile directly with a new email. The “per day rule” is based on a rolling clock. So if you send a reply to a Free member at 10pm, you won't be able to send another reply till 24 hours later (i.e. 10pm the next day).

Can I get a refund if my auto-renew was on?

The auto-renew feature was mentioned at every step of your Fan Club membership purchase:

  • There was an auto-renew statement displayed on the upgrade page where you selected which membership you wanted, along with a note stating that we cannot offer refunds.
  • It was mentioned again on the confirmation screen, along with further details that could be read by clicking on "Learn more."
  • It was mentioned again on your eReceipt, along with a note stating that we cannot offer refunds.
  • It was also displayed in your Account Settings.

In addition, information on membership and auto-renew is found in our FAQ which can be read by anyone visiting Squirt.org.

As we did provide information stating that your Fan Club membership would automatically renew unless you cancelled the renewal feature, as per our guidelines, we are unable to issue a refund.

Why is the location on my profile wrong?

If the location on your profile is wrong, depends whether you are using a desktop computer or a mobile device.

When you're on a desktop computer, your location is based on the Zip/Postal Code shown on your membership profile. All you have to do to see guys near you, is update your Zip/Postal Code:

  • Go to www.squirt.org.
  • Log in with your username and password.
  • Click “Settings” at the top of your Squirt page, and then click “My Profiles”.
  • Click on the “Edit” button.
  • Update your postal code.
  • Once you're done, scroll down to the bottom and click on the “Post Profile” button to save your changes.

When using a mobile device, your GPS or Location Service  must be enabled, otherwise, our servers won't be able to locate you and show nearby members.  If your GPS or Location Service is disabled, our servers will default to the Zip/Postal Code shown on your membership profile.
