The competition runs from September 22nd 2023 to October 17th 2023. Squirt.org reserves the right to change the start and end date of the competition at any time.

The promoter of this competition is Squirt.org, a brand of Pink Triangle Press, whose registered office is at 2 Carlton St, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5B 1J3.

Winners will be chosen by Squirt.org based on popular vote as follows:

Members are allowed up to five (5) nominations each, wherein they may nominate themselves only once. There will be two voting periods, the first where members will vote for the top 10 nominees within their own regions, and the second where members will vote for the top 10 finalists worldwide. Users will be redirected to a SurveyMonkey form when nominating and voting.

Prizes

• Final winner (1st place) will win USD $500, one (1) year of Fan Club Membership, one (1) year subscription to BroNetwork.com.
• Final round runner up (2nd place) will win USD $250, and six (6) months of Fan Club Membership.
• Final round second runner up (3rd place) will win USD $100, and six (6) months of Fan Club Membership.
• Each Global Top Ten nominee will get two (2) months of Fan Club Membership.
• Each Regional Top Ten nominee will get one (1) month of Fan Club Membership.
• Additionally, the winner who receives the most votes in each regional voting round may be eligible to receive additional prizes provided by competition sponsors, at the discretion of competition sponsors.

Rewards are not stacked. A member is only eligible for the prizes in one round (ie. If you are the final winner, you cannot also claim the prize for the final round runners or the top ten nominees). Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Rewards may be subject to change.

Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

On the next 3 days after the end of the competition, the winners will be contacted by an internal email of Squirt.org for a member of our Marketing Department to claim their prize. Winners must respond within 7 days by filling out the provided form in its entirety in order to receive their prize(s).

Cash prizes will be paid via PayPal. To receive the payment winners must have a PayPal account.

Prizes being provided by competition sponsors are at the discretion of each competition sponsor. Pink Triangle Press is not responsible for the delivery of any sponsor prizes.

Eligibility

The competition entitled “Best Ass 2023” is open to all Squirt.org members who are 18 years of age or over except employees of Pink Triangle Press and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

Members must have a public profile with a profile photo for the duration of the competition. Members with a private profile photo at any point during the competition are not eligible to win. If the prize has already been awarded, Squirt.org reserves the right to revoke the prize if the picture is removed during the contest period.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

This competition is offered at Squirt.org's sole discretion, and may be altered or discontinued without notice at any time and for any reason. Squirt.org's decisions concerning the competition are final and binding. In the event of dispute or misunderstanding, Squirt.org's interpretation of the competition rules and decisions are final.

Squirt.org reserves the right to final judgment and selection of winners. Squirt.org staff will make sound judgment calls in cases where there is a tie or no clear front runner, or pictures content is questionable.

Best Ass 2023 is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party other than the Squirt.org and its parent company "Pink Triangle Press".

The final round runners and the final winner agree to the use of their usernames and profile photos in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with Squirt.org's current Privacy Policies and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
