Description: The toilet block does not exist anymore. The looped parking area that is off to the right on Black Mountain Dr is the cruising area. Guys drive through and park here. 95% of people here will be cruisers. The other 5% are legitimately using the lookout - they will be pretty easy to spot. Guys either wait in their cars, or explore the various paved, and non-paved walking tracks around the car park and down the hill.
