Description: The is actually the layby just on the Truro side of Grampound NOT the one near St. Austell. It is far busier and you are more likely to meet someone there than at the St. Austell one. Outdoor action. Meet truckers and go elsewhere.
The is a layby on the Truro side of Grampound on the A390 about 200 meters from the end of the 30 limits in a westerly direction. There's an area of trees and bushes on a slight hill which is popular. In winter it's a bit exposed but in summer there's enough cover to have fun.
