The gym itself is located on Clarendon Street which is parallel to Grafton Street.
There are 2 changing rooms for men - one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor. Both changing rooms have lockers, showers, cubicles and urinals. Both of these areas are quite small but the gym itself boasts a fairly big gay customer base who tend to let it all hang out.
For more privacy use the changing room on the 4th floor (top floor).
