Description: The first washroom is in the food court hallway. There are about 5 urinals in a row and stalls.
The second washroom is in the hallway between WOW Mobile and Winners. There's a row of urinals, and stalls as well. They've recently put up barriers here.
The third bathroom is downstairs, by the passport office. Least amount of guys actually using the bathroom in this one so probably the better option.
