Description: Scotia Tower is located at 650 West Georgia Street in Downtown Vancouver. It is an office building but many of the floors are accessible with no key card required. Floors 8, 10, and 12 have been verified and the floors have no cameras. You cant go here anymore, the washrooms all have locks now.
