Thursday afternoons/evenings there is a "Twisted" event - which is typically the only time in the week where TV/CD are welcomed - it is wearing what you like. There is also a buffet at 6 PM then.
There is on-street parking in the evenings, otherwise, there is a big car park off Telford Way, which is only about two minutes walk away from the sauna. It has reasonable rates for a central car park but is not free after 6 pm anymore it's £1 for evening parking from 6 pm till 8 am
