Spa: ground floor with male-only sessions Tuesday and Thursday, 09:00-14:00. Lockers require their own padlock. Shower cubicles. Rules say swimsuits at all times. Changing cubicles available.
Wet changing: ground floor, single-sex. Great open showers, but be really careful to avoid times when families may be using the pool, or at least keep your trunks on.
Dry changing: second floor, single-sex. Fantastic secluded open showers with 8 shower heads. Definitely the best place to show off, make eye contact and soap up.
