Description: Upper Quarry woodland is a secluded public area with a central copse of trees and low shrubs with excellent areas for outdoor meets. A large open area of grassy wildland gets very muddy in wet weather. The central cluster of trees is edged with low bushes concealing a secret passage that leads to an open clearing in the middle of the trees and is perfect for outdoor fun. Beware of the fine branches if you dare to venture in as they can easily scratch your face.
