Description: The bushes all have spots where you can duck away from main view. There are two areas everyone cruises around, and a couple of areas that people park in.
Facilities: There is a trail that goes along the railroad track. There are lots of bushes here to mess around in. A lot of cars and cruisers park at the Circle parking lot, which is accessible from Potter / Bay St. A lot of cruisers also walk around West Bolivar Drive, at the south end of the park.
