Description: This is the 2nd southbound rest area and has been closed and access blocked off for years. There is also a cruise listing for the first, open one which is diagonally south across the highway from the northbound Mansfield rest area. You can just about see one from the other.
This rest area is fenced off. They use it as a place to park state utility trucks. Somebody screwed up on this one. The only rest area opens on the southbound side of rt 95 is the one in Mansfield, which is on the southbound side of I 95 but it's north of this rest area.
