Description: Kohl's is one of the anchor department stores at this mall. The bathroom on the 2nd floor is great for cruising at the stalls and sometimes understall if it's quiet. Lots of men go shopping here but many are cruising because they know they can get action here as well or take it out to cars in garages, their homes or anywhere nearby. The two stalls on the right at the end are connected, the huge handicap stall is at the end and no one else would know the action between these two stalls. Not visible from the outside. Perfect for understall Jo or oral action.
