A low wall between the 1st and 2nd stalls prevents anyone in the 1st stall from seeing anything happening in the other stalls. The door to the restroom makes noise and is around a corner, so there is plenty of time to react if someone comes in. There is also a really low peep hole between the 2nd and 3rd stalls. It's not very well placed, but it’s there if you need a peek.
