Description: The welcome center is where many truckers stop for the night also the local men meet there. There is one rest stop on southbound 81 and one northbound 81, both just over the state lines from VA or MD. Layouts of both are the same, and both are cruisy in the evenings. Depending on the time of day or week, you might find more than truckers along this route. I have met college students, labourers, businessmen, hikers, bikers, and guys who are truly cruising for a good time. Help a brother out. Enjoy yourself in the process.
