Description: Re the public library: You’ll see the men’s toilet along the back wall on the left as you walk through the library entrance after entering the general Precinct building. Update: it is now only accessible by asking the library staff for the key, rendering it pointless.
Regarding the general Precinct toilets: There’s a block of men’s and women’s toilets just within the Precinct building that contains the library and other offices. It’s near the entrance of the building as well as near the library entrance. Not to be confused with a couple of one-person-only toilets on the other side of the building.
